ABOUT STEVE RANDLE
Steve Randle has been designing and building in Hawaii since 1977. Prior to that, Steve was building houses in California with his father, a licensed AIA Architect in Laguna Beach. In 1983, one of Steve's homes on Oahu's North Shore was a Building Industry Association (BIA) Parade of Homes Winner, for "Best Use of Skylights and Wood". Steve's experience as a builder and designer is well established in Hawaii. He is experienced with roofing, drywall, and glass glazing. Steve is also fluent in several languages including Portuguese. Steve Randle has gained the respect from many individuals, from home owners to sub-contractors to suppliers. He is honest, trustworthy and reliable. ABOUT OUR HOMES
One of the things that sets Steve, and Tropical Homes Hawaii apart from every other designer/builder is his totally unique design and style that suits the environment so well, and his willingness to deviate from the norm. His designs adapt to the terrain easily, use the trade winds for cooling, protect against the destructive effects of the sun, rain and termites. The houses are designed to provide owners with the maximum enjoyment in a tropical way.

Steve says, "I want to share my system of design and building with the world, in metric and imperial, to anyone who wants low cost, strong housing that adapts to any terrain. My houses are low maintenance and (subterrain)termite free. Totally customizable with wrap-around decks, easily expandable, and exceptionally fast to construct. Any floor plan, any window plan is possible with my system. And I can drop ship all building components literally anywhere in the Pacific Basin."

Tropical Homes Hawaii is FHA and VA approved.

"Any floor plan at all is possible with all walls being NON-Bearing", says Steve, "and all designs are modular using 12', 14', and 16' multiples. The homes can be one story or two story, with or without a loft."

One very important factor - these houses cost LESS, a lot less. The biggest reason for this is that you can buy the whole package; from the design, the framing components, windows and doors, exterior finishing and the interior finishing, and have Steve build it for you on your land - OR - you could buy a part of the package and provide sub contractors yourself. Steve will deliver to your site everything from the plans to the materials.
