Larry attended Maui Community College, School of Culinary Arts from 1987 to 1989, after which time he has worked as a cook in the finest restaurants on Maui for the past 15 years, including line cook at the Kapalua Bay Hotel for the last 5 years. Larry continues to surf just about every day at select surf spots around the island.
