Honolua Underground began on the island of Maui in 1987. As a small adventure and grew into a wonderful success. We now retail and wholesale our products all over the world.

We have clothing, hats, decals, patches, and of course short and long boards.

Mark & Rena'e Anderson

Shaper & Owner - Mark Anderson has been shaping for 15 years. He started out of a little garage with a generator outside of "Windmills" Punalau, on the island of Maui.

After getting a larger clientele Mark moved his shop to a home base in Lahaina. He moved into a sound proof air-conditioned room.

His shapes have been tried by many and shipped all over the world. Besides shaping the boards he also enjoys airbrushing them.

He's been around some of the top guys in the world of shaping. Some of his shaping influences are Dick Brewer and Bob "Ole" Olson.

Mark is also working on a few new designs, including tow in surfboards. He loves the ocean and is constantly looking for a new ride.
